Challenge:
This converted garage lacked character and organization.
 
Solution:
Whitewashing the wall lightened the room up significantly.  A new rug and lighting fixtures along with furniture borrowed from other rooms gave the room a stylish, fresh look, that makes you want to stay awhile.

Challenge:
The main focal point when you entered this room was the Television and Stereo.
 
Solution:
By moving the TV to a less conspicuous wall, we were able to create a more exciting focal point that creates interest and draws you into the room.

Challenge:
The homeowners complained that they rarely used this room because it looked, "Lost in the 70's" and it felt awkward.  The over-sized coffee table made you feel trapped when you sat on the couch.
 
Solution:
Bye-Bye 70's.  Rearranging the couch and coffee table gave the room a much more approachable feel.  Large scale items, found in other rooms were used on the table to counter it's size.  Pillows were arranged on the floor to enhance the new Asian look.
